Role overview Mindrift is looking for a freelance n8n Workflow Developer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/). This contract role centers on building and refining automation workflows in a hybrid AI and human operations setting. The position is remote, but applicants must be based in Porto, Porto District, Portugal. As an AI Pilot, you will work closely with Tendem Agents who manage repetitive business tasks. Your structured mindset and automation skills will help deliver efficient workflow solutions that support both AI and human-driven processes. This part-time contract fits professionals with practical experience in no-code automation, workflow design, and process improvement across varied business systems. What you will do Design, build, and evaluate advanced workflows in self-hosted n8n environments. Plan and implement integrations across multiple systems to create scalable automation pipelines. Develop and enhance AI-driven workflows, including content generation, enrichment systems, and process automation. Set up and maintain automation for lead generation, outreach, and data processing. Create web scraping workflows to extract and process data accurately. Optimize workflow execution, node sequencing, and error handling to minimize failures, delays, and API timeouts. Location and work arrangement This is a remote, part-time freelance position. Candidates must be located in Porto, Porto District, Portugal.
