In this position, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to develop and validate test cases that ensure our groundbreaking care model—encompassing pelvic health, menopause, and fertility—is both clinically safe and technologically flawless.Currently, 1 in 3 women experience pelvic health disorders, and Bloom is committed to changing this narrative. Sword Health has designed Bloom to connect millions of women with accessible pelvic health care through cutting-edge technology. Bloom features personalized guidance from Pelvic Health Specialists, an intra-vaginal biofeedback device, and a mobile app to track real-time outcomes and progress. Women can consult with Pelvic Health Specialists remotely and advance through the program at their own pace and convenience.Beginning with pelvic health and expanding into menopause, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care, Bloom operates on the same AI Care model that powers Sword's platform: a continuous interaction between the member, an AI health specialist (Phoenix), and a human clinician.
