We need a creative and analytical leader who can pinpoint content requirements, collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams, and ensure the delivery of compelling, high-performing content.As our Social Media Manager, you will significantly influence our online brand presence and the digital voice of our clients, spearheading initiatives to grow audiences, boost engagement, and drive measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all social media channels for BlackBox Strategies and select clients, ensuring continuous growth and impact.Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies to connect with target audiences and meet brand and revenue objectives.Create and maintain an actionable content calendar, clearly specifying the content types necessary to achieve growth and engagement goals.Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate, enhance, and optimize social media content proactively.Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including creative, copy, design, and marketing—to source and deliver top-tier content on time.Curate, schedule, and publish high-impact content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and others.Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, continuously refining strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates.Engage actively with online communities, responding to comments/messages, and fostering brand advocacy across all platforms.Stay updated on industry trends, social tools (including advancements in AI-assisted content), and algorithm changes, proposing and testing innovative strategies.Build relationships with influencers and partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
