Rohlik is reshaping the online grocery experience in Europe, focusing on speed, freshness, and customer satisfaction. The Campaign and Marketing Project Manager will help turn marketing ideas into effective 360° campaigns that resonate with local audiences. This role connects group marketing, country teams, and external partners, ensuring that every campaign fits local preferences and delivers results.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end 360° local marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and CRM to build brand awareness and support growth.
- Adapt group-wide campaigns for local markets, ensuring cultural fit, accurate translation, and smooth rollout.
- Coordinate daily marketing projects, keeping delivery on track and quality high across all channels.
- Create tailored content for customer communications to boost engagement and relevance.
- Support the Country Marketing Manager and provide backup for campaign execution, working closely with Social Media and Loyalty Managers.
- Work with Group Brand, PR, CRM, Commercial, Trade & Demand, Performance Marketing, and external agencies to align campaign strategies.
- Improve campaign and project management processes to increase efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Promote the use of AI-driven methods to improve campaign outcomes.
What We Look For
- At least 2 years of experience in campaign management or marketing project management, with a track record of running 360° campaigns.
- Fluency in Czech and strong English skills.
- Solid project management abilities, including handling multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Interest in exploring new digital and AI tools and platforms.

This position is based at Rohlik's head office in Prague, Czech Republic.
