Working together accelerates learning, enhances collaboration, and helps us establish a consistent, high-impact sales approach across the team.Team Dynamics:As a Strategic Inside Sales Representative, you will oversee a designated set of enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive the pipeline and achieve collective booking objectives. You will balance inbound interactions with proactive outbound prospecting, identifying customer pain points and positioning Wrike as the solution that empowers teams to work more efficiently and effectively.This role operates at the intersection of sales strategy, customer insight, and execution. You will be expected to grasp complex customer landscapes, tailor your outreach, and contribute to account-level planning. You will join a collaborative, co-located team that values curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement—where willpower is as crucial as skill.Your Impact:Engage proactively with all assigned existing customers and new prospective clients (hunting) to generate pipeline and incremental business.Develop a deep understanding of customer/prospect needs and identify opportunities to expand Wrike within existing accounts.Conduct research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition strategies to inform strategy and identify cross-selling opportunities.Identify new prospects within targeted accounts by analyzing business workflows.
