As part of the Foundations organization, we focus on engineering enablement, encompassing infrastructure, services, storage, tooling, documentation, and processes. COR collaborates with various squads across the organization to optimize infrastructure costs and engineering efficiency while providing systems that facilitate scaling our application platform across diverse geographies.The RoleAs a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) within the COR team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining our Kubernetes platform, managing cloud configurations, and overseeing the majority of Outreach’s infrastructure. Each SRE is expected to empathize with our internal customers (engineers) and prioritize the performance and reliability of the systems we manage. Specifically, the Senior Staff SRE is expected to be fully independent, capable of driving medium-scale technical projects autonomously.LocationThis position is primarily based in Prague, but we offer remote work flexibility within the Czech Republic.
