You will work collaboratively with product analysts, managers, and engineers throughout the entire development lifecycle, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the Twisto experience and spearheading our expansion throughout Europe.Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and product initiatives to align with quarterly objectives, guided by Senior Leadership.Manage project timelines, scope, resources, risks, and production issues, ensuring successful and timely delivery.Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) by organizing workflows, tracking progress, and addressing blockers.Establish effective communication processes to ensure accountability and alignment within the team.Collaborate closely with direct teams and product partners on projects with clear objectives and defined scopes.Enhance core engineering processes such as sprint planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, and metrics review.Empower the team by promoting operational excellence and fostering a productive work environment.Mentor team members to advance their career development and performance.Document lessons learned to continuously refine project delivery and team operations.
