You are not just a manager but a skilled product engineer who actively contributes code alongside your team while also being accountable for team performance.This is not merely a managerial position for someone who used to code. You will write production code, evaluate pull requests, make architectural decisions, and establish the engineering standards that your team will adhere to. Anticipate dedicating 50–60% of your time to coding.
