As you nurture customer relationships, you will also identify additional opportunities for GoodData’s offerings, collaborating with the account team to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers and delivery teams to align on priorities and decisions.
- Act as a product partner, contributing to roadmap discussions and aligning customer needs with GoodData’s capabilities.
- Guide customers in making informed product decisions that align with the GoodData platform.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities where product enhancements can create additional value for customers.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer-driven platform features, from discovery to delivery.
- Create clear and actionable specifications for engineering teams.
Connecting Professional Services Work to the Product
- Recognize when customer-specific solutions should evolve into platform features.
- Integrate opportunities into the GoodData product roadmap, working with engineering to evaluate and prioritize.
- Collaborate with engineering to enable professional services teams to deliver features directly into the platform.
- Ensure that professional services commitments are in line with GoodData’s strategic direction.
