We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the urgency of recruitment, and embodies true partnership with clients, candidates, and team members alike.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the complete recruitment process for Non-IT positions within the Broking, Wealth Management, BFSI, and Financial sectors.Possess a solid understanding of industry-specific terms and key roles such as Equity Advisors, Relationship Managers, Compliance Officers, Dealers/Traders, and Risk Analysts.Act as a client success partner, developing a deep understanding of job descriptions, business priorities, team structures, and expectations.Establish rapport and engage in meaningful dialogues with candidates to evaluate their attitude, skills, and overall fit.Utilize empathy and negotiation skills to effectively onboard top talent.Manage MIS, trackers, and dashboards efficiently using Excel or Google Sheets.Take charge of follow-ups, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining arrangements.Clearly communicate requirements to sourcing teams and foster results through collaborative teamwork.Maintain strong coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closures.Remain self-motivated, accountable, and uphold a performance-driven mindset daily.What We’re Looking ForA minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-IT/BFSI recruitment, ideally with broking clients.Proficient in MIS, Excel, communication, and follow-ups.Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate psychology.A leader who can inspire the team and tackle tough-to-fill positions with precision.Ability to own the recruitment desk, driving processes and delivering results effectively.
