About the Role
Our Technical Customer Support team serves as the critical communication link for our customers, transforming the traditional support model. They tackle the complexities of individual support interactions and aim to leave a lasting positive impression while offering vital insights to our development and testing teams.
Currently, we are seeking a Public Cloud Data Protection Engineer.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver technical support and comprehensive troubleshooting for Veeam Software’s clients (B2B) through various communication channels including telephone, email, and web conferencing.
- Act as a technical liaison, building strong relationships with fellow IT professionals.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Ensure timely updates and management of assigned cases.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Veeam’s knowledge base documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM tool, adhering to service level agreements.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies related to Veeam’s products and underlying technologies.
