Job Summary The Senior IT Process Analyst will spearhead the design, implementation, and operationalization of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions aimed at enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools. This role acts as a technical authority and champion for AI applications, leveraging Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and predictive analytics to drive improved decision-making, automation, and operational outcomes within ITSM. Focusing on transforming complex operational data into clear, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions, this position will integrate these capabilities into enterprise ITSM tools utilizing API-based architectures. The role also emphasizes continuous process improvement by embedding AI insights into everyday ITSM operations, governance discussions, and performance management practices. Duties and Responsibilities Design and implement AI and ML solutions to optimize ITSM processes and enhance operational decision-making. Utilize machine learning techniques (classification, clustering, anomaly detection) on ITSM data. Develop NLP models for the analysis and automation of tickets, changes, and knowledge data. Incorporate Generative AI / LLM capabilities for summarization, recommendations, and content creation. Conduct feature engineering and data preprocessing on noisy and incomplete ITSM datasets. Create predictive models for assessing risks, predicting failures, and analyzing trends. Establish rules-based and AI hybrid decision models with confidence scoring. Monitor, evaluate, and continually enhance AI model performance in production. Integrate AI solutions into ITSM platforms using an API-based architecture. Apply Explainable AI techniques to ensure transparency and operational trust. Serve as an AI subject matter expert, facilitating adoption, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Asset Manager Tool, ServiceNow, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Software Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) processes.Develop, implement, and uphold best practice standards, policies, and procedures for effectively planning, recording, monitoring, and managing both hardware and software assets.Design and execute continuous lifecycle management of configuration items (CIs) to ensure optimal performance.Ensure that SACM processes are compliant with regulations and aligned with organizational standards while being fit for purpose.Take charge of process design, framework creation, and governance initiatives.Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee new requirements and adjustments to SACM processes as necessary.Coordinate design activities for CI and Asset discovery, integrations, and data import methods.Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business leaders to enhance asset management practices and ensure cost-effectiveness.Support related IT processes including Change, Problem, and Release Management.Conduct monitoring, review, and support audits to ensure adherence to established standards.Provide coaching and advice to CMDB stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of configuration and asset management, particularly its interlinkage with Change Management and other ITIL processes.Represent SACM requirements in Demand Boards, prioritizing process-related IT enhancements.Evaluate and suggest new tools, technologies, and process enhancements to boost IT efficiency and effectiveness.Immediate joiners within 30 days are preferred.
