Join Us Woolf is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Senior Software Engineer. As an integral part of our engineering team, you'll significantly contribute to fortifying the technical foundation of our core product, ensuring its scalability and resilience for the future. Your role will involve accelerating feature development while maintaining high standards of reliability and performance, mitigating engineering bottlenecks, and enhancing our code quality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, reliable backend and frontend systems to support essential product initiatives.
- Work closely with product and design teams to convert user requirements into sustainable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Assume complete ownership of major technical components from initial design through deployment and continuous optimization.
- Lead architectural discussions, making informed decisions to balance scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Promote code quality through clean, well-tested coding practices and establish best practices for testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Engage in thoughtful peer reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to long-term technical planning, aiding in the development of the product architecture and infrastructure roadmap.
