Shift Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM Key Responsibilities:Accurately measure voltage and current to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits.Work with various voltage levels including 460, 220, 120 VAC, and 24 volt DC circuits.Understand motor starting and power distribution circuits.Read and interpret electrical schematics for operational evaluation.Read ladder logic, upload and download PLC programs, and troubleshoot PLC functions.Troubleshoot control circuits and devices, including photo eyes, solenoid valves, limit switches, indicating lights, and safety switches.Align bearings, shafts, and drives while performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and adjusting belt and chain tensions.Identify and replace worn or damaged parts.Establish a comprehensive maintenance schedule for devices, lubricating and cleaning as necessary.Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic circuits including cylinders and solenoid valves.Conduct general building maintenance.Troubleshoot and repair printers and analyze cards and chips for replacement.Troubleshoot network (Ethernet) systems and cabling/I/O devices.Work with WIN and WCS Servers and configure IBM-compatible computers.Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.Complete projects on time and ensure regulatory compliance.Conduct safety and security checks. Physical Requirements: This position involves lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds regularly during an 8-hour shift, with occasional lifting of 50 to 75 lbs. for short distances.
