In this role, you will employ medical techniques and principles under physician supervision while caring for a diverse patient population with chronic illnesses.What You'll Do:Deliver high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Queens, NY.Assess patients’ health through physical examinations, updating medical histories, and devising comprehensive care plans.Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations through various internal platforms.Provide patient-centered care to a diverse panel of patients.Participate in quarterly medical staff meetings.Develop diagnoses and treatment plans based on patient assessments.Build trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.Order necessary diagnostic tests as required.Prescribe medication, supplies, and other medically necessary interventions.
