Torii is seeking a Lead Security Operations Specialist to help shape and strengthen its security framework. Security is central to Torii’s mission, and this role offers direct influence over how the company’s AI-driven platform evolves to meet new challenges. The position involves close work with both the executive and Product teams, translating complex risks into clear business strategies and contributing expertise to new customer-facing features. What you will do Define, implement, and refine Torii’s Information Security roadmap and practices. Oversee security controls for AWS cloud environments and Mac/Linux endpoints, including EDR, SIEM, and patch management. Maintain and expand compliance with certifications such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA. Work with Engineering to secure the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), adapting to modern workflows like Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development. Lead incident response efforts from detection through post-incident review. Manage the Vendor Risk Management program and assess supply chain security.
