Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive test suite to enhance delivery confidence, focusing on critical business scenarios.
- Create test data and develop effective test cases based on product knowledge.
- Conduct regression and re-testing on modified builds.
- Manage automated test processes and integrate with other development lifecycle tools.
- Lead the automation strategy by generating scripts for automated testing cycles using Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with development teams to create scalable and adaptable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure our products meet high standards of quality, performance, security, and reliability.
- Optimize testing approaches by adapting to changing business needs and technological advancements.
- Enhance team knowledge in test management tools and processes.
- Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution related to automation scripts.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary using tools such as Google Sheets, Freshdesk, and JIRA.
- Regularly review and update test cases to maintain relevance.
