We focus on innovating service operations, leveraging best practices, and utilizing cutting-edge digital technologies.Your Responsibilities:Identify and secure both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities.Develop new business within existing and prospective customer bases in line with our sales strategy.Ensure client retention by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.Oversee daily sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and market development.Provide valuable feedback to the service team based on customer interactions.Cultivate strong client relationships.Generate reports as needed.Assist with debt collection as required.

Facilitate engaging training sessions focusing on product knowledge, process understanding, and sales techniques tailored for Dealership Sales Consultants across various dealerships.Provide hands-on support to DSCs throughout the sales cycle, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively.Act as a mentor and guide for DSCs, fostering their professional development and sales capabilities.Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for DSCs as necessary, ensuring they receive practical experience in real-world scenarios.
