We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our Production Support team within the IT Private Banking division. As a key partner to our global Private Banking operations, you will provide tailored IT solutions that address specific business needs.
Your mission will be to collaborate closely with business units, leveraging technology to maximize the value of their IT investments and achieve strategic goals. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our platforms effectively support existing systems while enabling enhancements and new developments.
In this role, you will interface with the Operations team and business users, providing expert analysis and timely resolutions for issues related to the Client Mobile platform and other Private Banking applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and IT management, acting as a liaison between business units, vendors, development teams, and other support groups.
- Executing report-related tasks and running processes as required by operations.
- Escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Developing strong relationships with other IT groups to facilitate efficient issue resolution and keep users informed.
- Participating in calls with the APAC team during their time zone for production issues and occasionally working weekends for production releases and infrastructure events.
- Documenting production applications and infrastructure while maintaining the required level of support.
- Collaborating with the Environment Manager to maintain all environments.
