This role requires you to engage with leadership and teams across the organization—from software and hardware departments to Finance, G&A, and internal operations teams—to dissect complex issues and create sustainable, scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will range from rapid operational problem-solving and process redesign to spearheading high-impact, specialized projects—all aimed at fostering the growth of one of our newest Business Units at Anduril. The Operations team for Intelligence Systems at Anduril has three main responsibilities:Establishing operational processes for our Program Execution team, ensuring that world-class program managers can seamlessly execute contracts—whether it involves unlocking headcount, analyzing IRAD expenditures, or collaborating with finance to maintain profitability.Facilitating our expansion in Reston, serving as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams (Business Development, Program Execution, Network Engineering/IT, Security, Facility Operations) to ensure a flawless and swift rollout of our new site. Once operational, we will ensure our internal processes run smoothly.Engaging in special projects, often involving high-priority initiatives that require our expertise and leadership.
