Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional monitoring support to ensure the security of all customers’ homes. Handle a variety of emergency and non-emergency alarms from customers and authorities. Utilize effective communication to assess callers’ situations, providing resolutions, information, or directing them to appropriate contacts. Maintain accurate logs of calls and activities in our database. Coordinate responses from public safety agencies according to established protocols. Stay updated on company policies and training materials relevant to the dispatcher role. Obtain and maintain multiple state regulatory licenses during training and ongoing renewal sessions.
