This position is vital for maintaining safety, equipment integrity, and consistent production performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate oil and gas separation plants, gas compressors, glycol dehydration, hydraulic power unit systems, produced water systems, and utilities.Understand and monitor safe operating parameters for all systems.Manage water cooling, filtration, deaeration, and seawater injection systems while ensuring compliance with safety limits.Implement isolation protocols, work permits, operational procedures, fire and gas safety measures, and COSHH task evaluations.Respond effectively in emergency situations and execute necessary protocols to minimize commercial loss while ensuring safety.Prepare and isolate equipment for maintenance, performing first-line maintenance on production systems.Assist technicians in maintaining a safe working environment during repairs on process systems.Conduct oil and gas pipeline cleaning using pigging technology.Communicate effectively with teammates and report any deficiencies to the Control Room Operator and Production Supervisor.Optimize daily chemical dosing rates associated with the process system.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.Perform dew point analysis, total oil and gas analysis, BSW analysis, and pH analysis as required.Conduct external readings and verify values with the Control Room Operator, reporting discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.Generate concise reports aligned with tasks.Engage in relevant duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and ensure compliance with BW procedures and emergency response tasks.
