Role Overview As a Problem Solver, you will play a crucial role in facilitating various operations within our Fulfillment Center (FC), including Inbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance departments. In your leadership capacity, you will train new hires, monitor attendance, address associates’ task-related challenges in accordance with standard operating procedures, assist other departments with inquiries, and generate comprehensive daily reports. What You Will Do Tackle and resolve task and operational issues for associates, adhering to standard operating procedures. Support other departments with inquiries and prepare daily reports. Train new hires in departmental processes and procedures. Log attendance accurately. Receive shipments, inspect contents, and validate receipts. Utilize an RF gun/PDA device for operations. Break down, receive, and inspect inbound items efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and consolidate products. Transport items and carts to designated locations. Pick, pack, stack, and ship items promptly. Uphold safety and housekeeping standards within the department. (Maintenance only) Clear trash, spills, and manage dropped or broken items.
