Depending on the project configuration, your responsibilities may encompass all or part of the project. This is a pivotal role overseeing automated baggage handling and sorting systems in airport environments.Your main responsibilities will include:Analyzing requests from both external and internal clients (contract analysis, feasibility studies, specification establishment, resource assessment, cost evaluation, and risk management related to projects…);Managing project organization and planning (in full or in part): structuring and coordinating the project, organizing and leading meetings, setting objectives and timelines;Overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring projects: supervising various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project progress and implementing corrective actions, providing feedback and reporting, and defining best practices;Ensuring financial and scheduling oversight of your projects while adhering to internal procedures and collaborating with management control;Guaranteeing the project’s execution quality (quality, timelines, costs) and proactively seeking technical solutions;Maintaining technical and commercial follow-ups with clients (contract amendments, payment milestones, project finalization);Facilitating the transfer of projects to Customer Support in accordance with internal procedures;Participating in the resolution of client complaints.This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on the candidate's profile and the company's needs.
