Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Legal Business Associate, you will provide essential support with increasing autonomy in the following areas:Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including leases, procurement agreements, supply agreements for goods and/or services, confidentiality agreements, sales contracts, guarantees, and the preparation of related documentation;Managing relevant correspondence: notices, compensation requests, disputes, etc. (analyzing cases, drafting response letters, and settlement documents/records);Analyzing and selecting documentation for data rooms and drafting/reviewing Q&A during the due diligence phase of property acquisitions/dispositions;Analyzing and managing documentation related to public and private tenders, and preparing any necessary legal/administrative documentation;Drafting internal memoranda and notes for the Board of Directors regarding civil and commercial law, with a focus on real estate;Coordinating external legal counsel, including activities related to litigation (drafting professional mandates, sharing information, updating on litigation statuses, participating in meetings and discussions).
