In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for physicians and healthcare professionals, assisting them in enhancing their online visibility and optimizing patient management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting our flagship AI-based product, designed to support doctors in managing appointments and clinical information.
Engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and upgrading digital solutions to existing clients (B2B and B2C).
Providing consultancy on advanced marketing tools and management solutions.
How you will drive our clients' growth:
Offering value-added solutions: you will be a trusted advisor to strategic clients, presenting tools that optimize their operations.
Managing negotiations with empathy and expertise: you will handle the entire sales process using phone and video calls for personalized consultations, negotiations, and building valuable relationships.
Collaborating with the post-sales team: you will work closely with Key Account Managers to enhance retention and strengthen customer loyalty.

You have sales experience: ideally, you possess at least one year of experience, particularly in upselling activities.
