Position Overview
As a vital member of our international HR team, the HR Manager – Italy will spearhead all essential HR activities in our Italian operations. This role demands a strong alignment with our global HR strategy while also tailoring practices to comply with local regulations and cultural nuances. It is a hands-on position that merges strategic insight with everyday operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes across various departments.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Implement and monitor performance review cycles and feedback systems.
- Design and deliver training programs to facilitate career growth and skill enhancement.
- Champion company culture through various internal and external initiatives.
- Coordinate and support local corporate social responsibility and inclusion projects.
- Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports to aid data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of global HR practices across our European teams.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or additional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior generalist role, preferably within a dynamic, international, or rapidly scaling environment.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of Italian labor legislation, social security, and employment regulations, with the ability to ensure full compliance and provide legal counsel.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and influence.
