Join a vibrant and highly motivated sales team dedicated to transforming the beauty industry.In this pivotal role, your mission will be to attract more Treatwell customers in and around Amsterdam. You will engage with professionals in the beauty and wellness sector, persuading them to join our platform and utilize our software to enhance their businesses.From your first day, you will participate in an extensive onboarding program lasting several weeks to provide the best support and help you excel in business development. It’s essential to be in the office every day during this period to facilitate effective onboarding.Are you a natural hunter, eager to refine your sales and prospecting skills with an innovative and captivating product? If so, this role is designed for you!Your ResponsibilitiesDrive sales through salon visits: Actively engage in the field by visiting salons, often without prior appointments, to present Treatwell and close sales. You will oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final agreement.Enjoy a balanced routine between fieldwork and collaborating with colleagues weekly at our beautiful office in Amsterdam. For those living farther away, we offer flexibility, allowing part of your travel time to count as working hours.Research and connect with beauty and wellness professionals in your area through phone calls, online platforms, CRM, social media, and especially in-person visits.Secure appointments and independently manage sales through to the closing stage.Support new partners during their initial steps post-contract signing, onboard them, and educate them on using our software effectively before transitioning them to our Account Managers team.Maintain our CRM database (we use Salesforce, and we’ll provide training) with all pertinent information.Conduct market and competitive analyses and provide field feedback to enhance our sales techniques and strategies.Evaluate your performance to meet and exceed your objectives.Foster team spirit: Play a key role in motivating and strengthening the team.
