Role overview
The Customer Service Representative position is located at the Central Post Office in the heart of Rotterdam. This role manages orders and contracts, guiding customers through the outbound supply chain. Acting as the main point of contact, the representative handles inquiries about loadings and deliveries, ensuring communication is clear and timely with customers, Sales, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated customer portfolio, building and maintaining trusted relationships
- Respond to customer needs and adapt to changing requirements
