Als Calculator bij Circet Benelux ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar duidelijke en realistische kostenramingen voor onze projecten in de glasvezel-, energie- en bouwsector.Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectleiders en het sales team om optimale resultaten te behalen. Nauwkeurigheid en transparantie zijn essentieel in jouw rol, en je fungeert als een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:Technische controle: Verifiëren van input uit engineering op basis van ontwerpeisen en berekeningen.Prijsmodellering: Verwerken van BOM in prijsmodellen, inclusief inkoop- en verkoopprijzen en relevante coderingen.Kostenanalyse: Inschatten van projectrisico’s, indirecte kosten en projectmanagementkosten.Calculaties en offertes: Opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en aanbiedingsbrieven.Interne afstemming: Overleg met sales, projectteams en directie; je bent een volwaardige sparringpartner.Wat we van jou vragen: Een analytische en nauwkeurige werkhouding, met een passie voor cijfers en calculaties.

We are seeking a talented IT Demand Manager - Business Applications to serve as the vital link between demand and supply.In this role, you will take structured ownership of the transition by aligning business needs with IT capacity.Your ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities of the IT Demand Manager - Business ApplicationsManagement of Requirement InflowYou will be the primary contact point for business specifications directed towards IT, providing guidance to the business about IT realities.Ensure completeness, consistency, coherence, and feasibility within the IT architecture.Consolidation of requests.Efficient Translation from Business to ITDocument technical constraints and limitations.Determine the impact on the application landscape and propose potential solutions.Act as a point of contact for developers and architects.Expectation Management & AlignmentTranslate IT capabilities and limitations to operational staff.Provide feedback to operations about progress and decisions.Oversee and share the (sprint) backlog, actively participating in prioritizing requests.Value Add of the IT Demand Manager - Business ApplicationsPrevents IT from always being reactive.Quickly recognizes if a request is realistic, feasible, and complete.Stops immature ideas from reaching IT prematurely.Makes implicit assumptions explicit, reducing rework.Enhances trust between operations and IT.Serves as the main point of contact for operations.What We Offer A full-time position of 40 hours per week. As an entrepreneurial and innovative Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping complex tenders and exploring new market opportunities. You will look beyond mere numbers; alongside developing and evaluating cost estimates, you will also craft compelling tender documents and position Circet both substantively and commercially in a strong manner toward clients.In this position, you will be the linchpin between various departments, including calculation, engineering, project management, and sales. You are adept at connecting interests and translating strategy, technology, and finance into a clear and persuasive narrative. Furthermore, you possess strong project management skills and take an active role in the brainstorming phase for developing and unlocking new markets and propositions.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the team responsible for business calculations, currently consisting of two calculators.Take ultimate responsibility for cost estimates, budgets, and risk analyses.Coordinate calculations for (European) tenders and large projects.Evaluate contract terms, cost structures, and margins.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as project leaders, engineers, sales staff, and management.Enhance calculation processes, tools, and standards.Identify market developments, opportunities, and risks within the telecom and energy sectors.Ensure clear justifications and transitions to execution.What We OfferA full-time position of 40 hours per week.A competitive salary that reflects your experience, with growth opportunities during your tenure at Circet.Circet offers a favorable collective labor agreement (Metal & Technology) with an accompanying pension plan.8% holiday pay, paid out in May.Generous vacation days: 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days, totaling 38 days per year (for full-time employees).
