- Document and take ownership of comprehensive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather data for constructing system architecture.
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, blogs, and videos, while actively participating in technical discussions on forums.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations related to technology and system architecture.
- Support the sales team by conducting in-depth technology discussions, identifying potential customer challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
