You will also assist with cloud and on-premises business applications, manage new equipment configuration and deployment, and handle user and computer account creation during employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Our focus is on delivering a personalized level of service, leveraging Millennium Health’s advanced tools and solutions.Efficiently triage and prioritize client requests while documenting issues and actions taken.Offer technical support to end users via email, phone, and remote assistance.Resolve end-user requests for services, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers and peripherals.Build rapport with end users, providing tailored solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.Manage asset reception and update asset management records accordingly.Facilitate equipment movement within and between facilities.Stage equipment for building and imaging hardware setups and replacements.Be available for after-hours on-call rotation, including weekends.Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies and standards at all times.Ensure compliance with administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.Perform additional duties as assigned.
