Role overview The Scientist I/II in Integrated Technology and Exploration designs and executes cell-based experiments, using both manual and automated workflows. The work focuses on generating key datasets that support and improve insitro’s predictive models. AI-generated predictions serve as hypotheses, which are tested at the bench. When results diverge from predictions, the scientist investigates whether the issue lies in the model, the experimental design, or the broader framework. Each experiment helps the system learn and become more accurate over time.
