Sigma Computing’s Go-To-Market (GTM) architecture forms the backbone of how the company brings products to market and drives revenue. The Director of Go-To-Market Architecture leads the technical design and integration of this landscape, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across every stage of the GTM process. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations. The role calls for a leader who sees the GTM tech stack as a platform for growth, not just a collection of tools. The Director shapes the architectural strategy, translating vision into scalable systems, integrations, and automation that support Sigma’s revenue goals. Key Responsibilities GTM System Architecture Design and oversee the architecture of the GTM stack, including platforms such as Sigma, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and others. Ensure these systems remain adaptable, resilient, and aligned with revenue priorities. Develop signal-based lead and account routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration. Make sure the right signals reach the right team members at the right time. Partner with Data Engineering to create internal, Sigma-driven alternatives to legacy SaaS tools. Migrate workflows to the data warehouse to improve flexibility and manage costs. This 'SaaS Takeout' initiative aims to replace point solutions with warehouse-native processes. Salesforce and Enrichment Platform Strategy Oversee the Salesforce instance as a strategic asset. Design custom objects, flows, and integrations that can scale with the business. Lead the development of advanced outbound and enrichment workflows using Clay. Build multi-source data waterfalls that give Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) a measurable advantage. Regularly evaluate and improve enrichment and orchestration tools as the market evolves, ensuring Sigma uses top-tier capabilities and avoids vendor lock-in. The 'Sigma on Sigma' Vision Act as the in-house expert on using Sigma to power the company’s own GTM strategy. This includes building live dashboards to replace static reporting and demonstrating the platform’s value internally.
