We are in search of a Marketing Communications Specialist who excels in crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences. If you are video-first, social-native, and have an innate understanding of modern content consumption and sharing, we want you on our team!
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities from producing short-form videos and newsletters to fostering community interactions. You will transform concepts into consistent, high-quality content that enhances awareness and strengthens our connection with the audience.
You are quick on your feet, highly organized, and have a keen understanding of how to engage technical buyers.
As an AI-native professional, you utilize cutting-edge AI tools to create, edit, repurpose, and distribute content efficiently and at scale, turning a single piece of content into multiple outputs swiftly.
Your Responsibilities
Manage Social Media. Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on LinkedIn and other emerging channels while maintaining a consistent voice and cadence.
Create Video Content. Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, feeling confident on camera.
Community Engagement. Play a pivotal role in launching and nurturing our customer community on platforms like Reddit. Cultivate discussions, respond to users, and ensure the community remains vibrant and valuable.
Influencer Marketing Support. Identify, coordinate, and manage relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the identity and security sector to amplify our campaigns.
Content Distribution. Transform blogs, guides, and campaigns into a variety of formats including social posts, videos, emails, and more, ensuring maximum visibility for our content.
Newsletter Ownership. Design, write, and distribute engaging newsletters that capture attention and drive readership.
Trend Monitoring. Stay abreast of emerging trends in content formats, social media, and community engagement strategies. Bring fresh ideas and knowledge of current best practices to the table.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing communications, particularly in a tech-focused environment.
Strong understanding of video content creation and social media engagement.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with community management and influencer marketing strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
