Role Overview
In the role of Early Talent Recruiter, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization to create innovative recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand, and foster enduring relationships with early talent worldwide.
Work closely with hiring managers in Engineering to devise focused hiring strategies that attract premier early career talent.
Oversee the complete recruitment process, conducting interviews, managing offers, and supervising intern programs.
Serve as a Whatnot brand ambassador at university and early career events, with required travel during peak campus recruitment seasons.
Enhance the recruitment experience by integrating candidate feedback, refining the early talent hiring process for optimal results.
Cultivate lasting connections with high-potential candidates by understanding their aspirations and career goals.
