Operating with substantial autonomy, you will lead a team of Associates, making strategic decisions regarding prioritization, channel strategy, and execution.This position is perfect for someone who has mastered the core principles of sales and outbound efforts and is eager to drive impactful outcomes. While remaining hands-on, you will also influence strategy, enhance systems, and elevate the performance standards of the broader team.What You’ll DoLead Expert Sourcing Pods: Direct expert sourcing efforts for specific projects, ensuring quality, speed, and efficiency.Manage Capacity & Throughput: Strategically plan and balance your workload alongside the Growth Associates to consistently meet project demands.Optimize Sourcing Channels: Assess, experiment with, and scale sourcing channels to enhance yield and efficiency.Build & Maintain Expert Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with high-performing experts to encourage repeat engagement.Oversee Talent Pipelines: Manage multiple talent pipelines end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks and reallocating resources proactively.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Liaise closely with Project Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to align sourcing strategies with project requirements.Drive Growth Outcomes: Ensure your pod achieves desired growth metrics and outcomes.
