We are on the lookout for Engineering Managers to join our Enterprise Engineering division, concentrating on enhancing product experiences for our largest clientele. Currently, we have openings in:
- The Admin & Governance Team (SF): As AI becomes integral to Airtable, our enterprise clients demand governance controls that empower them to adopt AI confidently, featuring granular feature enablement, capability-based restrictions, and comprehensive admin visibility. The Admin & Governance team is constructing this control platform, the AI Governance framework that equips admins with controls at every enterprise level. This initiative builds upon the team’s thorough ownership of Airtable’s enterprise trust infrastructure: the Admin Panel, SSO, audit systems, and User Groups that facilitate governance for our largest clients. We seek a leader capable of driving the AI Governance roadmap, scaling existing enterprise trust systems, and directly facilitating adoption for our largest customers.
Please note: While Airtable utilizes a hybrid work model (offering flexibility to work from home or the office), we are specifically seeking candidates at this level who are based in San Francisco or New York City and are willing to come into the office approximately 2-3 times per week for effective team collaboration.
