Role Overview: Engineering Manager - Fulfillment
Stitch Fix is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Fulfillment team. This leader will guide engineers working on systems that support order management, inventory, warehouse operations, and transportation. The role centers on developing, supporting, and optimizing solutions that make fulfillment more efficient and improve the customer experience. Success in this position requires technical expertise, strong team leadership, and the ability to think strategically.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the development and support of Order Management Systems (OMS), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Collaborating closely with teams in operations, product, and algorithms to design and implement scalable systems
- Driving improvements that streamline fulfillment operations and deliver measurable business results
