About the job
At Netic, we are revolutionizing the essential services sector with our cutting-edge AI revenue engine, serving as the backbone of the American economy.
Backed by $43M in funding from prominent investors such as Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field, who led our Series B, we've empowered our clients to successfully book hundreds of thousands of jobs across various service industries throughout North America. Our platform now enables companies to operate entirely on an AI-first basis.
Join a team of relentless innovators hailing from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard as we bring frontier AI solutions to the physical economy, tackling complex challenges with immediate and tangible impacts.
As the Founding Product Infrastructure Engineer, you will take ownership of the critical backbone that powers our autonomous AI agents in production. This role is unique at Netic as you will be constructing an infrastructure that supports diverse workflows and traffic patterns across multiple sectors. You'll face challenges from low-latency, real-time requests to long-running, stateful processes that are prone to failure. Your system must robustly manage spikes, partial failures, and external dependencies while remaining comprehensible and resilient.
Collaboration will be key as you partner with product and application engineers to enhance infrastructure, making it a force multiplier that is adaptable, reliable under load, and strategically designed with clear trade-offs. If you have a passion for building systems from the ground up, operating them in real-world settings, and establishing standards for others to follow, we want to hear from you.
