The Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will serve as a technical partner to our clients at Gigs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in planning, coordinating, and successfully launching integrations utilizing the Gigs API.
This role requires a unique combination of technical, strategic, and operational skills. Your work will vary from collaborating with the Product team on critical features that impact strategic onboarding to scoping, coordinating, and driving API implementations across multiple regions with some of the world's leading fintech companies.
While the Implementation team is part of Customer Success at Gigs, your role will be central to various company functions. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope new features and provide ongoing feedback, while also working alongside the Business Development team to facilitate new implementations and serve as the primary contact for our largest clients during their development phases.
