Your responsibilities will vary daily, from coordinating a company offsite to launching new internal programs or ensuring timely delivery of branded merchandise for team milestones.If you have a knack for crafting impactful experiences, possess strong operational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Execute Memorable EventsPlan and implement internal events such as team offsites, company celebrations, and recruitment initiatives.Collaborate with leadership and teams to curate thoughtful and impactful events.Oversee vendor management, venue selection, budget adherence, and project timelines.Develop Programs that Enhance Company CultureCreate and manage internal programs designed to strengthen community and connection, including onboarding, rotational initiatives, speaker series, and wellness perks.Collect feedback regarding employee experiences through one-on-one discussions, quick polls, and periodic surveys.Work in conjunction with an employee committee to transform insights into meaningful improvements across the organization.Manage the Swag and Merchandise ProgramOversee the design, procurement, and distribution of company merchandise that reflects our brand and culture.
