Role overview
The Manager of Sales Conversational Intelligence leads the design and improvement of workflows that bring conversational data into the global sales process. Working within the Field Process & Systems team, this role shapes how conversational intelligence validates deal stages, triggers team handoffs, and supports the sales methodology. The position partners closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, XDRs, Operations, and Leadership to turn conversational data into business insights, audit the pipeline, and inform decisions for scaling the business.
Key responsibilities
- Methodology alignment: Configure conversational intelligence workflows to reinforce the company's sales methodology, embedding these practices into daily sales activities.
- Field workflow integration: Develop standardized processes for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams so that conversational intelligence insights are used at key milestones, such as discovery validation and technical scoping.
- Handoff and lifecycle management: Oversee the lifecycle of sales processes, ensuring smooth transitions between teams and across different stages.
