Key Responsibilities:
As a Monetization Growth Product Manager, you will spearhead one of the most critical growth initiatives at ClassDojo: developing a consumer revenue engine that aligns seamlessly with user value. You will design and scale monetization experiences that millions of families will choose to pay for and enjoy. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams, you will create and refine high-quality experiments that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success. You will leverage a combination of research, behavioral insights, data analysis, and intuition to refine our subscription offerings, pricing strategies, bundling options, positioning, and conversion pathways. This role entails significant autonomy and ownership, working in partnership with co-founders and product leaders to define and implement long-term strategies. Your focus will be on mastering product development, collaborating across disciplines to deliver innovative and effective solutions to user challenges, and scaling these solutions globally in support of our mission to help every child achieve their full potential.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in growth product management, successfully delivering high-quality, large-scale consumer products across at least two organizations—one with over 1 million users and one that was not a late-stage company.
Extensive monetization experience: demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative, user-focused monetization strategies for consumer products.
Strategic product thinker with exceptional intuition—capable of uncovering user needs, generating insights, and crafting impactful product strategies.
