Think of yourself as the 'conductor' of customer interactions, adeptly coordinating between clients and the Vooma team to resolve issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Objectives of the RoleManage the entire client relationship lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, onboarding, account configuration, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to drive continuous value from Vooma's products and services.Create and implement customer success strategies and best practices that expedite the customer's journey to value with our product.
