Join Our Innovative Team
Triumph Arcade is revolutionizing mobile gaming by allowing players to wager and win real money, engage in massive multiplayer games, and participate in social tournaments. We are proud to have developed the leading app in our App Store category and we are experiencing remarkable month-over-month growth in both revenue and user activity. As we rapidly expand our team, we continue to innovate with exciting new products like Rips, our successful collectibles app, which is continually evolving and growing. And this is just the beginning.
We are backed by top-tier venture capital firms including Goodwater Capital, General Catalyst, and the DraftKings Drive Fund.
Your Role
As a Product Designer for Rips, our collectibles trading card application, you will work closely with the Product Manager to help define the future of our mobile and web experiences. Your contributions will enhance our existing design system and will play a significant role in shaping one of the fastest-growing apps on the App Store. You will lead the development of a web version of Rips while laying the groundwork for future web and Android applications within our gaming ecosystem. Expect a dynamic environment with rapid ideation cycles and iterations as you push the limits of what it means to be the #1 app in our category.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process for Rips: user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and production-ready assets.
Continuously evolve and refine a mature design system to ensure Rips remains cohesive.
Develop interaction patterns that feel native to iOS while scaling to web and Android as we grow.
Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for consumer experiences, focusing especially on game mechanics and collectibles.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to quickly validate concepts and transition from idea to live features in a matter of days, not weeks.
Enhance brand interactions within the product through illustration, motion, and microcopy that elevate user enjoyment and clarity.
What We Are Looking For
1-2+ years of product design experience specifically in consumer-focused applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A passion for gaming and understanding of mobile and web user experiences.
