About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with our sales and engineering teams in establishing the most effective recruiting systems in the industry. In this pivotal role, you will focus on our top priority accounts to source and integrate ad-hoc experts into the Terac panel.
You excel in fast-paced environments, possess keen judgment, and are adept at navigating between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery of experts for our most valuable projects.
- Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to develop essential recruitment frameworks.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of thousands of experts on our platform.
- Ensure timely execution under stringent deadlines.
- Identify bottlenecks, redefine workflows, and implement solutions that enhance quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Continuously optimize recruitment, onboarding, and activation processes by leveraging data to improve participant retention and engagement.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in attracting top-tier talent within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable engaging directly with high-profile clients.
- Data-driven mindset: You rely on data to inform decisions. In a marketplace setting, challenges can escalate quickly, so tracking key metrics like LTV and CAC is essential.
- Proactive approach: You operate with a high degree of autonomy, introducing initiatives independently and measuring their impact, whether successful or not, without needing prior approval.
