Role overview
The Sales Systems Engineer works in a hybrid capacity from San Francisco or New York City. This role serves as a technical partner for stakeholder teams, engaging in the full software development life cycle. Key responsibilities include understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing solutions that address those needs. Regular communication with teams and stakeholders is required to gather requirements, clarify challenges, and ensure that business objectives are met. This position directly supports Mixpanel’s revenue goals and contributes to the company’s growth.
What you will do
- Design and build secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, using automations such as Flows, validations, and security settings
- Advise stakeholders on new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to Salesforce
- Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
- Support the efficiency and scalability of GTM teams and tools, including Co-pilot, Clari, Outreach, and others
