This position centers on supporting General and Administrative (G&A) functions, especially HR, Talent Acquisition, and Enablement, by applying AI and workflow automation to real business challenges. This position collaborates with Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to enhance Crunchyroll’s personalized experiences. What you will do Lead research and applied science projects in personalization, covering problem definition, data exploration, model development, evaluation, experimentation, and iteration. Define what outstanding personalization looks like for Crunchyroll across app and web interfaces, email campaigns, and integrated systems for video, ecommerce, and manga.
