The Role
We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Manager, Workplace Services to spearhead our facilities strategy and optimize the in-office experience at our San Francisco headquarters, as well as in our operations in New York, Washington D. C., and emerging international offices.
This leadership position is pivotal in ensuring our office environments embody the professionalism, quality, and operational excellence synonymous with Peregrine. You will oversee facilities operations, leasing strategies, vendor relationships, and workplace experience, striking a balance between hospitality, operational rigor, and financial prudence. More critically, this role has substantial strategic, operational, and cultural implications for our company. Your contributions will be vital to our growth and overall business success.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations of Peregrine's San Francisco Office, ensuring a polished, efficient, and inviting environment for employees, candidates, customers, and executive leadership.
- Oversee in-office experience and logistics, including:
- Delivering a consistently high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
- Coordinating onsite meetings, executive visits, customer engagements, recruitment events, and team offsites.
- Facilitating onboarding processes, including workspace arrangements and badge access management.
- Lead facilities operations and vendor management, ensuring all services meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
